Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Shipping is via UPS
All orders below $50.00 have a $5.00 handling fee automatically added to the shipping charge. Orders above $50.00 do not have a handling fee at all.
Regular shipping charges listed below are for UPS ground shipping within the continental United States.
This is the total shipping charges. There are no additional shipping charges if an item is backordered and shipped separately from the rest of the order.

All of our products are new and are first quality. They carry the manufacturer's full warranty. All warranties are provided by the product manufacturer, not MAC's Motorcycle Accessories. All warranty claims will be forwarded to the manufacturer for their warranty department to handle. It is the manufacturer's discretion to approve or deny warranty.

Returns Policy Non-Warranty Return or Exchange:
Items purchased directly from MAC's Motorcycle Accessories may be returned for refund or exchange. For returns the customer must contact us by telephone during normal business hours within 15 days of the invoice date and obtain a return authorization number. Once the return authorization number has been issued MAC's Motorcycle Accessories must receive the product within 15 days. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the box and on the invoice inside the box.
The customer is responsible for damages in return shipping due to insufficient packaging. Returns will not be accepted freight collect. MAC's Motorcycle Accessories is not responsible for freight charges on return shipping.
There will be no returns or exchanges on electronic and electrical products. If there is a problem with one of these products it will be covered by the product warranty. Helmets, clothing, apparel and sized items can only be returned for exchange for correct size. No credits or refunds will be issued for these items.
The refund for a returned item will be limited to the cost of the product as shown on the invoice. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Special Order Items:
Special order items are items we do not advertise for sale or are a custom color, custom fitment or a subsection of a part. We will not accept returns or exchange on special order items.
Damage or Discrepancy upon receipt:
If there is damage to the product such as nicks, scratches, dents, chips, flaws, etc. MAC's Motorcycle Accessories must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. Do not install the part. Once installed it cannot be returned.
Damages in Transit:
We carefully package all orders. If an order is received in damaged condition it should be reported to the shipper immediately and before contacting us. Keep all the shipping material, which includes the box, all the packing material and the product. The shipper will want to inspect it. UPS can be reached at 800-742-5877. Fedex can be reached at 800-463-3339.
Warranty Returns:
Items purchased directly from MAC's Motorcycle Accessories can be returned for warranty. Requests for return due to nicks, scratches, dents, chips, flaws, etc. will not be allowed after 72 hours of receipt of product.
