This is a passive electronic low frequency wind noise filter for the passenger position on the Honda GL-1800.

In addition to reducing the actual wind noise that is heard thru the intercom system, this filter also helps the music mute sensitivity circuit to work better, making it easier to find a control position where the wind and background noise will not mute the music but voice frequencies will.

Installation is a snap as this filter plugs in series with the passengers headset lead under the back of the seat.

This P-Series 8-pin lower-section hook-up cord is to be used with all J&M headset series #'s HS-ICD284, HS-BCD279, HS-ICD279, HS-BCD277, HS-ICD277, HS-BCD257, HS-BCD174, HS-ICD174 and #HS-CD9174 series helmet headsets, for connection to 1983-2009 Yamaha®, Kawasaki® and Suzuki® 5-pin audio systems, 1989-1997 Harley® 5-pin audio systems and 1988-2000 Honda® GL-1500 with J&M passenger controller.
